In October of 2009, the Institute of Holistic Health Careers began a professional diploma program which is nationally accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the first HHP program registered by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools

Registration

The Institute of Holistic Health Careers™ is registered with the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools (Reg. # 00-01-1528T), and is authorized to teach Certificate Programs for training in Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP), Elemental Reflexology™, Total Sensory Integration™, Educational Reiki, Energetic Systems Integration, Science of Aromatherapy, Introduction to Homeopathy, Herbal Education, Advanced CranioSacral, and Advanced Detoxification and Cleansing Systems. The school is registered with the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools to teach Diploma Programs for training as Holistic Healthcare Practitioners and Registered Polarity Practitioners (RPP).

Polarity Programs

The Polarity Programs meet requirements for Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP) and Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP) training in accordance with American Polarity Therapy Association standards. All Ohio Institute APP and RPP classes are APTA approved trainings. APTA is the national governing body for polarity practitioners, which has a code of ethics and an elected member board. APTA registers and sets standards for the profession of Polarity Therapy. Upon completion of coursework, students may apply for designation with APTA and set up a practice in any location in the country.

 
Specialty Programs

The Elemental Reflexology™, Energetic Systems Integration™, Educational Reiki,  Science of Aromatherapy, Introduction to Homeopathy, Herbal Awareness, Advanced Detoxification and Cleansing Systems and Advanced CranioSacral certificate programs meet requirements for training in accordance with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

 
Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) Program
The HHP Diploma Program meets requirements for training in accordance with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
