Overview

Discovering Energy is an introductory distance teleconference credit course.  Students shall receive 20 hours of credit applicable to CEU's for NCTMB, Nurses, PT/OT, activities directors and APTA for recertification upon completion.  The course includes the science of energy, history of energy, Hermetic principles, Einstein's theory of relativity as it relates to energy medicine and the future of medicine.


6 week teleconference series with Dr. Mary Jo Ruggieri begins March 27th, 2012.

Program Description


Students shall gain a practical understanding of energy and its relationship to health and healing.  This course shall explain the science of how healing really occurs from energetic systems and its application.  The "New Paradigm" will be introduced which is the concept in which the body is perceived as an energetic relationship between conciousness and its environment and that illness is a disturbance of this relationship.


Program Objectives

A. To become knowledgeable about the science of energy
      1.  Review of the major concepts and scientifically 
           based theories of energy
      2.  Understanding this science and its relationship
           to the medicine of the future

B. To explore and become familiar with the history of energy
     in ancient traditions

C. To review the evaluation of Newtonian medicine as related
     to Einsteinium medicine to Quantum theory
     1.  Understanding the new science of quantum theory and
          how it changed the nature of the understanding of
          matter
     2.  Applying Quantum theory to health and healing of the
          body energy system

D. To bring about the understanding of the core principles of
     energy based upon the seven hermetic principles of the
     Kybalion
     1. Underestanding the old science of the Egyptian masters
         and their applications to these mystic teachings
     2. Understanding the correlation between the hermetic
         principles and quantum physics 6000 years later

E. To review energy & form and applied theory
     1. Understanding how energy really works
     2. Understanding how energy steps down from source into
         form and how to use it for sustaining life force
     3. Understanding the Chakra system and its step-down
         process

F. To review core energy systems and their practical
     application
