Holistic Health Practitioner Diploma Program

The First HHP program registered by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools

Overview

The Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) bridges the gap between the client and holistic practitioners as well as being the liaison between western practitioners and the holistic community.

As the emphasis in healthcare shifts more towards wellness and illness prevention rather than disease control, many western or allopathic practitioners are expanding their knowledge base and practices into holistic health to better serve patient needs.

This program is especially valuable to those drawn to the healing or helping professions who struggle with finding a comfort level with allopathic (western) medical approaches, and believe clients should be treated as whole persons rather than collections of body parts.

The HHP diploma program is a good option for career changers because the field is expanding rapidly. Since the work is not physically taxing, it is also a good option for those wishing to come out of retirement to enter into a new field.

Program Description

This diploma program prepares the student for a career working with clients interested in wellness and/or holistic medicine.

HHP training familiarizes the student with numerous modalities, so they become adept at integrating several natural techniques into comprehensive programs individualized specifically to meet clients' personal needs.
